I have checked the fluid twice and it is at a perfect level. It shifts into reverse no problem, there is no slippage and the column is easy to move. But when in drive it stays in 2nd, I I shifted to 2nd and 1rst to make sure it was actually going into drive and it was. Any advice? It is an auto trans 87 f150 with a 300 engine.
