Default want to lower '95 2wd

Hey guys, newer to this side of the forum. I have a '95 in my family that I have wanted to lower since High school. What is my easiest and cheapest option? I want to put 20-22" rims on it and get a good lowered look without "slamming" it. Any info would be appreciated.

Does it have blocks on the rear axle? Cause removing those and getting new u-bolts would give you about 2-3" in the rear.

these trucks aren't cheap to lower unfortunately. The rear is easy, just flip it, and notch the frame. The front requires the lowered i-beams, which cost me $600 10 years ago, not sure what they are now? Then you need springs, eccentric bushings, and shocks. Mine is as low as you can get one without bagging it or cutting and welding on the front. I used 3" beams, 2" coils, and flipped the rear with a 1" block and it is in the weeds....

You can get dropped beams for around $300 last I checked. No springs necessary unless you want to lower more than 3".
