Default Suspension guru's needed! Help with hubs!

Hey guys I have a 96 F150 and I just picked up some boss wheels that a guy had on his 94 lightning. They fit fine on his truck with the center caps but I get them home and try to put the front wheels on and the hub on the rotor sticks out way far past the center cap. Even with spacers it probably wouldn't go on. What's the deal? Was there some difference in the rotor from a 94 to a 96? If so, can I just swap out steering knuckles and rotors from an older model that would accommodate these wheels? Thanks!

I'm trying to picture this in my head but I can't. Can you load a few pics? 4x4?

This is my dilemma. The hub center sticks so far out i can't run the center caps. It looks terrible how far out the hub sticks with the nice chrome wheels on there. This is a 2wd.

This is the truck

94 and 96 take the same rotor. Unless his Lightning has something special on it. You may have to modify the caps ?

Wow, I'm not sure. It looks like they should fit just fine. Have you compared your center caps with his? Will his caps fit on your truck and cover the hub?

Really nice truck BTW.
