Default suspension bolts

hey guys. new to site, have a question on tightening bolts after suspension upgrade.body is off,engine is out.replaced all suspension parts, installed 2.5" lift. do i wait to put engine back in and body back on to torque suspension parts. leaf spring u bolts,radius arms,ect.

That's a concern on vehicles with short-arm suspensions. As the suspension travels a given distance, a short arm twists a larger angle than a long arm. Some rubber bushings will tear apart if twisted too far, but that's not how these bushings are made. Torque them to spec & threadlock them while they're easy to get at. I also spray rubberized undercoating all over the exposed threads to keep them clean for years.

I also prefer black Energy Polyurethane bushings because they're so much more robust than vulcanized rubber. I've actually reused decades-old poly bushings when transferring my truck to a replacement frame.
