Sagging front end

Sagging front end
When I bought my F150, it had blown shocks all around and worn out front springs. The distance between the top of the fenderwell is about a fist size in the front, and about 2 fist sizes in the back. I have replaced shocks all around and just put in new springs today. My question is "does anything more need to get replaced to help with front end sagging?" I broke a tie rod end and will be replacing that tomorrow. My front end was so bad that engine would be sitting at an angle. This contributed to oil being thrown up into my crankcase breather box when I'd go around corners and stuff. Do I also need a leveling kit if the front end is sitting lower after the upgraded suspension parts? Air filters can get expensive if I'm knowingly driving with a problem and I don't want to do that.

New Coil springs and shocks should of brought it back to normal, but you can add a level kit to bring it up 1/2/2.5/3 inches more.

Okay the coils are on and it rides so much nicer than it did before. I think I'll just get a leveling kit for the front. Where's the cheapest place to buy a 2" leveling kit?

It's a Canadian thing eh!
Ebay, or unless you buy those coil spacers at some parts stores. But you may have to adjust your camber a slight bit.
