I've run this kit for the last couple of years and was very happy with the results and the ride. I would easily recommend this set up to anyone interested.
With Belltech 2"/4" kit installed
I recently, two weeks ago, removed the belltech kit and installed DJM dream beams and flipped the rear axle

First, your truck looks great! Second, I am currently debating these exact 2 kits for my 1990.
I think I'd prefer the 2/4 as far as height goes but, am concerned of camber issues up front. With the spring only front drop, was negative camber an issue? If so, how easy was it to correct because it looks pretty good in the pics.
I am liking the 3/5 because the beams supposedly lead to no camber issues and the flip kit may be easier than swapping out the hangers and shackles.

im looking to lower the front and rear 2 or 3 inches not looking to slam the truck or anything just want it to sit a bit lower then it is now. It’s definitely bouncy all around right now so the plan is to lower and change out shock springs etc. I’m very much a sports car guy so I like sitting lower and having a tighter suspension is more my style. It will not be used to haul anything heavy or tow, maybe put my Harley in the back but that’s about it. It’s rwd if it was a 4x4 it would be lifted. Do I replace the rear leaf springs entirely? Is there a specific front setup available that would do the trick? Any help is appreciated thanks

As for negative camber, I had it before I lowered the truck. The new I beams, along with a new set of ball joints, should take care of any negative camber you might have, but you can pickup some camber adjustment bushings to further correct any camber issues you have.

Sorry it took so long to reply. If I were to do it all over again, I would go straight to the 3/5 kit. It's cheaper and easier to install than the 2/4 kit, but it really depends on the style you like. Both kits ride great, but the 2/4 kit is a little more street friendly when it comes to speed bumps, dips in the road, etc.
As for negative camber, I had it before I lowered the truck. The new I beams, along with a new set of ball joints, should take care of any negative camber you might have, but you can pickup some camber adjustment bushings to further correct any camber issues you have.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have still been debating which way to go but, I am pretty sure I am going to go with the 2/4. The 3/5 is just a touch too low for me based on your truck and tire sizes you have listed. My tires are 29" tall and I want there to be a some gap between the wheel and wheel well. You listed a tire at 29" in your 3/5 kit pics and, there doesn't seem to be any gap. I'm not looking forward to grinding out the shackles and hangers but, that's the look I want. What was the hardest part of the 2/4? Removing the old shackles and hangers? Any advice on that or, just grind or drill away till they're out? Thanks for the advice, I appreciate it.
Removing the hangers will be the hardest part of the job. A grinder, hammer and punch will get it done though. The rest is pretty straight forward.
