I think you'd be better off finding a Centurion crew cab 1/2 ton and swapping the Lightning drivetrain into it...anything's possible though. Just get a welder, grinder, and a tape measure...and a couple hundred hours of free time.

my thought would be to find a 460ci crew cab f250 and put what ever lightening parts you wanted into that. such as gearing and seats.
