Default Front caliper replacement

I have ordered new brake hoses and calipers from Rock Auto and am hoping to replace the front calipers this weekend. Haynes manual on order, but won't arrive until Monday. Can anyone help with torque specs for the banjo bolt and caliper bolts?
@steve83 - i have read through your very helpful brake and hub link but couldn't find torque info anywhere
Thanks

Thanks Steve. In the end it was a split delivery from Rock auto and only one package turned up so i wasn't able to do the job. As far as i can see, the manual doesn't explain what the second brake line is that connects to the upper end of the brake hose on the driver's side (front) although it is a bit confusing with all the different models covered by the manual

It's the passenger front brake line. Yes, Ford made a lot of changes over the years. But there's also a link to get the Ford service disks, which have more detail than Haynes.

Thanks Steve. Parts arrived today, and I have swapped the caliper. Having a nightmare trying to get the new pads and hardware on. I get the clips on after they have pinged off a few times, but the pads are a fraction long to fit. I presume the clips aren’t bedded down properly but however many times I try, I can’t get the pads in. So frustrating- this should be the easy part of the job

Just measured, and new pads are 1mm longer. All the difference between a snug fit and impossible. Should I file them down?

PS pads are Raybestos. I tried the old brake pads and they slip in fine. Last changed pads back in 2018, but truck doesn't get a lot of use so there is plenty of life left in these. Don't know whether it is worth putting these back in temporarily while i try to figure out what has gone wrong

Post pics showing the problem & where you intend to file them down. But if you do, and there are problems later, you won't be able to return them. I'd just return them now & buy Ford/MC pads (and all other parts that are available).

Ok, I ordered motor craft pads and get the same problem. So I don’t think it is the pads. It seems to be the clips that don’t fit snugly onto the caliper support. It is as if the part of the clip that attaches to the support is just a little too narrow, so doesn’t bed down properly. I have tried filing this part of the support down to get rid of the rust, and that improved things a bit - but the clips still pinged off at any opportunity (until I finally got the pads on)
