Eliminating the self adjusting parking brakes
When I let my 95 sit for a couple weeks the rear brakes tend to stick which I think is caused by the self adjusting parking brakes so can I use everything from a 88? to eliminate it,I would rather adjust it myself.

The self-adjusting is more than just the parking brake, pretty much the entire rear brake system.
Are the drums / shoes clean - not stained by a rear seal leaking or the like?
Are the rear brake linkages and e-brake cables free to move? Have had e-brake cables get sticky and
Do you leave the e-brake set when parked for extended periods? May try not setting it, if so.
Can't say for certain, but given the high rate of interchangeability between the Gen8 and Gen9, would thing the brake stuff would swap out pretty easy.

It would make as much sense to put the gas into the engine & make a spark for each cylinder yourself, or just turn the tires yourself.
If your brakes don't work right (the way they did when the truck was new), then you're not maintaining the truck properly. Deconstructing it is not the solution. Get a Haynes manual, read it (at least once cover-to-cover), and catch up all the maintenance.

If you want to know how the rear brakes work, and how to maintain/repair them, start with this pic, read its caption, and keep going to the NEXT until you finish the drum brake section of the album:

If you want to know about all the brakes, read the whole album.

The parking brake has never worked like I thought it should since I bought it,along with the rear brakes wanting to stick that I think is from the parking brake constantly being too tight it also requires alot of effort to operate so I installed new rear cables and still the same. I also have a 88 that has a adjustable parking brake and do not have this issue and would prefer to have a adjustable parking brake system.

The auto-adjusting e-brake pedal is NOT the problem, and you adjusting the e-brake cable will NOT prevent the rear brakes from sticking. At most, it might prevent them from working as well. Read the links I posted - there IS a likely fix, and it's described in those captions. But even that won't work unless YOU maintain the brakes properly, which is ALSO described in those captions. So read them all.

The truck is a rusty beater and loaded down with brush at the moment, the more I think about it the front cable could be holding the brakes on some. Sometimes when I apply the parking brake I can feel them drag a little and the rear cables have been replaced and still the same,I do prefer them to be adjustable so I can set them the way I like.
