brake peddle soft then brakes lock
1986 ford f150 6 cyl 4 speed manual replaced master cylinder, bled system, have good peddle with engine off start engine, peddle goes soft press down 80% of the way, then brakes lock up
engine running, vacuum booster disconnected, peddle good, hook booster back, peddle soft
engine running, vacuum booster disconnected, peddle good, hook booster back, peddle soft

Welcome to the site.
Have you done any work recently on the brakes, specifically the rear ones?
Without more info, offhand suggest either have air in the lines, or something going on with the rear drums adjustment.
