Default Power steer to manual steer...

So a buddy of mine gave me a manual steering gear box out of a 4x4 early ranger as in small truck. Will this work with my 91 f150? It looks as if it will bolt up, but what I'm worried about is the gearing of the box??? Any help?

I just looked up the part numbers for your truck and an 86 Ranger and they are the same steering boxes. These are power steering boxes but I am sure the manuals are the same.

Just have to do a little man handling, besides you can feel the road a bit better.
