Default tie rod question for 94 f 150 4x4

I replaced both tie rod ends adjusting sleeves and drag link. Now both tires are bowed way out at the bottom.I'm afraid to drive it 3 miles to the alignment shop. Can I bring the bottoms in by adjusting the tie rod ends?Or could it be another issue?

Use a tape measure, measure the front and the back of the tire, measure straight up, that should put you basically where you need to be, when I changed mine, measured within a eighth toe out, tires are wearing normally.
