Default Another 250 Swap Question

I have a 91 xlt-larait 4x4 single cab longbed 300, now thats out of the way, I have noticed that the drivers side sags/droops. My question is can you just put 250 springs and struts in all four coners get alignment and be good to go, also will I be able to fit 33's? or should I just get the rough country 2.5 lift system?

the only difference from f150 - 250 leaf springs is that in the 250 there are extra leafs. if you think they are sagging, then go to the spring shop and get them to put new ones in, and get them to add in a couple extra. I believe the 250 has 5-6 leafs per side and the 150 only has 4.

as for the front, I know f250 4x4's came leaf sprung in the front, im not sure if the 2wd versions are coil or leaf, but id personally just buy a 2-3" leveling kit for the front and be done with it. just replacing the coils too wouldn't be a bad thing if you feel they are weak.

as for 33's my truck stock fit 33's but rub'd quite a bit when I was offroad, plus I had to shave about an inch off of the corner of my bumper. I put a 2" leveling kit in and it never rubbed again.

2wd 250s had coil springs up front. just buy the moog f250 coil springs to level the front.

then if you want get f250 spring packs for the rear, they will bolt right in since your 4wd but they will lift your *** up a little i believe.

I thought the rear leaf springs were wider on the F250, which would require replacing the spring hangers and shackles. Am I wrong?

4wd f150s had 3" wide spring packs, same as 250 and 350s. the 2wd f150s had 2.5" wide packs. that's why i said since he is 4wd the packs will swap right in.

First let me thank everyone for the advice! So I think I'm just going to replace rear leafs (if broken) with F150 4x4 and fronts with the 250 moog springs then get all new shocks with set up will 33s rub

they may rub a little on your radius arm at full lock but that will be the extent of it.
