If you just got an alignment, how do you know it's wearing unevenly? How long ago was your alignment done?

Lift is hard on ball joints. Jack it up and move the tires around. Check for play in the front end. I'm betting you do have some worn parts. Best to get the suspension in tip top shape before spending money on tires. You also could take it back to the alignment shop. Tell them what's going on and ask them to check out out for you.

If there is any worn components in the front end they shouldn't have performed the alignment in the first place. If you took it to a quality alignment shop ask them for the before and after print out of specs. I do alignments on a daily basis have done thousands of them. If the tires on your truck had previous wear that might be what your still seeing. And if they told you it could be your coils being worn all that would do would reduce your ride height and intern move the alignment out of spec. Take your truck to a quality shop with a good reputation. Ask questions ask for the printouts of the alignment.

Basically you get screwed to do more work to the truck then you need a second alignment.
