Default 95, new shocks and line rubbing?

When I changed my oil, I noticed my(I think) emergency brake line is rubbing on my passenger side rear shock. Is that normal? I can put some foam or something around it to stop it, but I noticed it is rubbing the paint off the shock. If not then I need to figure out why.

I had that problem as well. I cut a small piece of rubber hose and tie wrapped it to the park brake cable no more rubbing on the shock!
