94' F150 4x4 ((ABS)) light on - CODE 16
I just replaced my instrument cluster for one with a tachometer, while I did that I replaced the old bulbs with LEDs. The ((ABS)) bulb was burnt out, now it is on all the time. I pulled the code from the RABS system and got a code 16, which I think means system passes. I dont know if this relates but the speedometer is bouncing around at speeds about 50mph. Any thoughts? Can I reset the system and see if is doesn't come back one. Thanks in advance for your help.

It's probably because you switched it to LED.
Some of the sockets in the cluster don't like LED's - I had the same problem with the battery light. Ended up just changing the illumination bulbs and the turn signal bulbs to LED to avoid any problems.
