Default 92 f-150 front sway bar

My 92 f150 4x4 has a bent front sway bar. Well the skid plate it mounts to is bent out of shape. Should i remove the sway bar completely? The truck is going to be used in the bush most of the time but is driven in town to get to the bush. Will it be a bad idea having it removed for driving om roads? Thanks for any advice

If I take out the front sway bar should I take out the back one as well?
