What year truck and body style? Shorter trucks look better with the biggest possible tire size stuffed under them. Longer trucks IMO look better with a gap between the wheel arch and the tire.

if you have to ask you probably shouldn't do it

It depends what engine trans gear ratio? tire size?
My reg cab short bed has the I6 5 speed with over drive and 3.08 gears i run 31s and lost about 8 Miles per tank? not to bad I honestly don't care much about the mpg as long as my trucks running right, I plan to do a 4 inch full suspension lift on mine and i think i would estimate id get around 11mpg city? thats with everything stock minus 33 inch tires.

4" lift, get 35's if they'll clear - 33's will leave a lot of gap (unless that is what you're going for). Agree with the other post, if your worried about MPG, don't lift your truck and don't add bigger tires..all of these cut MPG. Mine lost 2 MPG just by switching from 33's to 35's.

if you still have your door sticker there should be a axle code, you can find via google or this forum to find that out. 351 is a good engine but if you have 2.47 gears its probably not the best to get bigger tires you will loose more then if you have 4.10 gears.

Stock height with out saggy springs i had 33s on my f150 and it rubbed full lock im guessing 4 inch lift and 35s they will rub full lock as well.
