Default 2 inch coil spacer question

So this weekend I got around to doing the front suspension on my 1993 F150 XLT ext cab 2WD 5.0 Liter. I installed Moog 824 coil springs and was in the process of installing a set of 2 inch coil spacers but had no luck because my spring was curved and it just didnt look right and it was pretty tight trying to install them back in.
My question is... Does my sway bar need to be removed to use the 2 inch coil spacers? I noticed that alot of people who do the coil spring lift dont have a sway bar attached to their front suspension...

Please advise soon.... Thanks in advance!!!

The TIB/TTB suspension is very complicated to change the ride height. Spacers alone will wreck the alignment, handling, tire wear, & ride. It takes a lift SYSTEM (not KIT) to do it right.

Who makes a good lift system?
I'm all about not losing quality steering over a incorrect lift..

I've never seen one I'd want or trust. ...or need. My truck is essentially at stock height, and it goes everywhere I want to: grocery store, cross-country at illegal speeds, mild trails, hard trails, towing, hauling... When I lived & wheeled in mud, it went on all those trails; when I lived & wheeled in mountains & snow, it did those trails. And it's cheap to align & maintain.
