You tell us.
But why would an F150 need BIG brakes? They're already oversized for the chassis - if you need bigger brakes, get an F250.

There used to be a bigger brake kit from http://www.tceperformanceproducts.com/ that some of the Gen I Lightning guys used for improved braking. It doesn't show on their website now though. Probably not much demand, but, it might still be an option if you wallet is large enough. You would have to call and discuss with the aftermarket brake suppliers technical support teams.
If you do some searching then you can discover the details on how to improve the braking on your truck using factory parts from '04-'07 e-150 vans. You can even get rear disks for the 8.8 from the same vans. The stock brakes on our F-150's leave a lot to be desired, whether they are oversized for the chassis or not, they just do not stop the truck as well as they should. Ford brake engineers met standard's and manufacturing cost criteria for the masses but left a lot of stopping power potential improvements on the table. This is not exclusive to Ford, but all of the domestic manufacturers until recent years. Braking improvements are discussed on every automotive technical forum.
https://www.nloc.net/vbforum/archive.../t-210296.html Read carefully. You will need to match the proper sized MC / booster for best results.
You will need larger wheels with the larger brakes whether you use aftermarket or factory parts.
If you go down this path make sure that you document with pictures / part #'s and post a write up for us to follow along with.
