Im not too sure what's going with my truck. Sometimes when I cold start my truck and go to drive if I lightly press my brakes they lock up but release when I let off the pedal. They continue to do this until I turn my truck off and back on. It used to be a rare occasion, by rare it happened once in May, and now it's been happening every cold start for the last 3 days. I feel like it's electrical since if I restart my truck it's normal again. I don't really know though. Could I get any help?

There's nothing electrical about the brake pedal or brakes - only the light, whose switch can't cause this.

Brakes are not optional, so I don't recommend you "try" to fix them. If you don't know what's wrong, you should pay a pro to fix them right the first time. Then you can learn how they work and how to maintain them for next time. Buy & read the Haynes manual:
