If you're going for horsepower that's not the way to get it. Waste of time and money.
Unless your heads need replacing and you found a good deal on heads off of a 351 then go ahead, otherwise look for power somewhere else.

If you were talking about putting 351C heads on a windsor and essentially making a boss 302 ,it would be a different subject. Windsor to windsor, no gain.
