Does anyone have all of the relevant info on the stock heads such as valve size, intake volume, chamber volume and anything else?

Don't have them offhand but if you google E7TE heads you will find loads of info on them.

Were all the '88 heads E7TE? I know the casting number is underneath where I can't read it.

Also, what is the hp limit on E7TE heads? I'm looking to go for max low rpm power and don't care if the heads limited high rpm hp to 250 or less. I want to do a roller valve train, headers, dual exhaust and whatever fuel system tweaking that's reasonable without going MAF.
