Sounds like something is heating up and not working anymore. When you say it won't start, does the starter spin the engine and it won't fire or does the starter not spin the engine at all?

The starter does turn. It sounds like battery but I got a new one also new starter, alternator

does it just turn over and not crank up, or does it act like a weak battery ? I'd check the cranking amps on the new battery to make sure it's the same as the original. If it just turns and doesn't start, but turns strong, are you touching the accelerator? On my 93, which i'm currently rebuilding, if i drove it a bit, then turned it off, it didn't want to start back up without a little easing down on the accelerator. If yours is getting too much gas, you may need to hold it to the floor to clear the flood. If you're flooded and wait 20 mins, it'll normally start back up, so same symptom. At least then you'd know which direction to go to fix the issue of "why it doesn't start back up."

What do you mean it sounds like battery? does the engine crank slowly? If so, and you've replaced all of the things you spoke about, it could be faulty cables. Either the power or ground cables may have excessive resistance. Could you maybe post a video of the issue?

Why are you blindly replacing these with out testing? I should go in the parts business because I would be a rich man.Are you have a cranking issue with the starter? Bad connections will get worse with heat as resistance increases. Did you remove and clean all your electrical connections first? I mean all of them from the battery on downstream. Is the engine cranking good but won't start?

I have replaced all of these and more because that is what different mechanic has told me this even new battery cables and new timing chain everything the truck will turn over it makes the sound that battery is weak and will not start. I have not been doing this blindly. But tired of putting new things on and still has same problem

Don't listen to anyone who tells you to change parts without checking them. Get a voltmeter and check your battery for 12.6 volts or thereabouts, and check/clean your battery wiring connections.

Once you get it started, your diagnosis begins after the 10 mile drive when it doesn't crank back up. You have to check everything that gives you a running motor when the issue is occurring. Get on youtube and watch some good mechanics diagnose a no start condition. Watch a dozen or so til you find someone who knows what they're doing and learn to diagnose rather than blindly swapping parts for what is often an inferior replacement part. Make sure your battery has the same cold cranking amps as the original. That info is in the owners manual.

Putting new parts on without testing and not resolving the problem sounds like blindly replacing to me. You have some good ideas presented to you to begin with.

Typically the crank position sensor or cam sensor will be a hot engine culprit, but these can both be diagnosed either by a diagnose gizmo on the engine or a multimeter directly on the sensor(s). Don't throw money and parts on it, go with diagnose and elimination instead...
