i have a 1995 f150 ext cab 5.8l automatic---am hearing/feeling a shutter at take off in drive---after shifts no more shutter-----sounds like coming from directly under carriage---ideas?: unsure:

I had a 1988 f150 with a 302 EFI manual 5 speed and have a shutter while barely touching the gas keeping up with traffic. Lay into the throttle and the truck runs like a beast. I have a IAC valve spacer adjuster showing up today and I will see if it cures the problem. It has me puzzled because I just did a teardown and rebuild less than 200 miles ago with a comp cam 268h and some 4 hole 19lb 215cc injectors.
