Problem came back with a vengeance but I have found the problem. Drove truck around town and when I got out on the hwy, I kicked in passing gear and right after that problem came back. Thought on it most of the day and this morning pulled TB and TPS and you could see where blade on end of butterfly shaft had pushed over tooth in TPS. Reset it and it idled fine. Got in truck to leave a few hours later and hit the key and it started so hard the TPS slipped again so tonite I ordered a new one from rock auto. Placing TPS on base of TB and twisting clock wise does not spring load it properly to get right idle. I found I had to use a dental tool and go through hole and spring load TPS and place on TB and move to align screw holes and tighten. Will give you an update in 2-3 days
