Residue in spark plug galley
Hello I have a 2014 5.0L that wasnt running right.
Rough idle
Gradual loss of mpg over the last 2 years
Engine intermittently stalls on hard stops
Seems to be running too rich
Intermittent rotten egg smell from exhaust
No CEL
The dealership didnt find anything and my warranty just expired yesterday.
I am changing out the spark plugs now at 54,000 miles and found one cylinder with a lot of residue in it. All others are pristine.
I cannot determine if this is salt residue from winter, coil pack juice, coolant leak, or oil leak.
What do you figure?
This makes it look like an internal leak squirting out IMO
