Nitrous?

Has anyone ever done anything with nitrous on a 94 5.0. I was just wandering what it would take to get 50 or 75 extra horse. Let me know what you guys think

late post i know but we only have he non forged pistons in our trucks... that means not a good idea to use nitrous unless you just feel like blowing it up right before you rebuild it

PSSH... do it the stock bottom end will handle a 125hp shot with ease....

so if you stick with a 50-75hp shot it will live a long life...to keep the pistons happy make sure you use a timing retard

Why would you only want 50 HP for 5 seconds? It gets you from 65 to 85 mph. LOL Get a blower and a tune. Don't waste your time and money on nitrous for a pickup.
