Keep replacing Canister purge solenoid

I have had to replace it 4 times in the past 2 years. Trying to figure out whats going on. It'll work for months then just give out. Any ideas as far as whats happing?

No, you haven't told us what's happening. What's happening? Is it catching fire? Breaking apart? Are mice chewing it up? Exactly what test does it fail? Do the replacements pass the same test? What are the brand, PN, & source for the replacements? What happened just before the first one failed? Was it the factory part, or had a previous owner replaced it before? We need to know as much of the truck's history as you do, and we need to be able to review it each time we want to answer you, so put it all in your signature as this caption explains:

Hi, brand new to the site not sure how anything works on forums. Just trying to get my 95 f-150 to run like new. It has a v8 5.0 302 2wd. When driving out of my community and getting on to the main road (55 mph). It would have issues getting up to speed. It would stop accelerating normally around 10 mph. Once it slowly accelerates up to maybe 25 mph it would start accelerating normally. Now I just let it warm up for 5-10 minutes in the morning before leaving for work and it's fine. I replaced the canister purge solenoid from autozone (duralast) PN-PV211 and it fixed this issue. Seemed to work for a few months maybe more then fail. There may be a few other things going on though as well. When I start my truck it'll high rev and check engine light blinks 3 times. Not sure whats going on. Not a mechanic. Buddy told me to buy code reader and pull trouble codes. Doing that tomorrow I'll sort my profile out soon just not tonight

It works best if we answer each other's questions ;), but you skipped several of mine. What diagnosis did you do that led to the CANP as the cause of that symptom? Because normally, the CANP has nothing whatsoever to do with acceleration. And what diagnosis did you do on any of the "failed" CANPs?

I highly recommend you stay OUT of the zone - their parts are garbage and will produce more problems than they solve. Don't buy a code reader, either. They're not reliable on these old trucks. Click these & read the captions:

So far, all you've said about the truck is "95 5.0L 2WD" - that's hardly enough for us to help you figure out what's going on.

I ran codes long before and 565 is a previous code, I'd just replace it with the warranty assuming it was bad.:wallbash:
Where would you go for parts?
Codes I got today were 121 & 565
-121 orc Throttle Position (TP) Sensor out of Self-Test range
-121 rc Throttle position voltage inconsistent with MAF sensor (vacuum leak downstream of MAF)
-565 o Canister Purge (CANP) circuit failure

A tiny photo of the VC label is useless. We need to be able to read ALL the truck's details each time we want to reply to you. Put the plain-text version in your sig.

Reading codes is just the beginning - it only gives you a place to start your diagnosis. The first step for any code is: confirm that the indicated condition actually exists. Is there any problem with the CANP circuit? To find out, you have to disconnect the CANP & the EEC, and test the CANP wire for 1) open (broken/cut wire, resistance >10K Ohms from one end to the other), 2) high resistance (resistance 10K - 5 Ohms from one end to the other), and 3) short (resistance <5 Ohms from any point on that wire to any other wire or the grounded metal body/frame). If none of those conditions exist, the code is erroneous and the EEC may be failing.
