Correct pressure is listed at 30 to 45 psi. 30 is bad. 29 she won't run.
KOEO you should have 42 ish. that'll drop about 5 to 8 lbs at idle (or any high vacuum situation).
When I turn my key on it goes to 42 - 43 psi right off the bat. So something is causing yours to take 3 tries to get there.
If you still have the pressure tester, hook it up and set it where you can see it while you reach in and start it and watch to see if the pressure stays constant when it dies. Or if the pressure drops down to 30 or below causing it to die.

OK looking back at your posts, you just put a new pump in ? Gotta ask, was it a high quality pump or bargain brand ? Because it sounds like maybe it's struggling to get up to pressure. Could be electrical, but brand new pumps sometimes aren't as good as they should be ...
