Default Ghost cam tune
Does anyone still offer the ghost cam tune for the 5.0 trucks? Going to pick one up Monday and I am interested in one.

It's a tune that makes the motor lope at an idle. It's dumb most standards and I thought it had died out.

Check with MPT on their web site. I run one for a few weeks per year on my 2011 v6 Mustang. I'm not sure they make one for the old 5.0's but they make one for the new 5.0's.

How is that? First I've heard of a ghost cam tune doing anything like that, but never ran one as don't have a 5.0. Just curious.

The way they retard the timing makes the engine run extremely rich, not good especially for the cats.
