Angry Fuel pump replacement

My '95 4wd 5.8L EO4D EFI F-150 drives around ok on level ground but loses power on uphil climbs. So I took it in to an authorized Ford dealer/repair shop. They diagnosed the problem to a below minimum fuel line pressure due to a faulty fuel pump. Parts & labor will set me back about $800. Does that sound right?

Labor cost is highly dependent on location and should take about 2 hours, the part should be around $3-400.
