This topic is over done I know but Im about to build a 302 and put long tubes and stuff on it ... I don't want that big *** egr valve hanging off my manifold but I don't want the check engine light has anyone removed it successfully with out a check engine light in a 92 f15p 5.0 truck thank you

Thank you for the responses. I believe I will put that idea to rest. It did seem to make sense to me though. Piping hot exhaust gases back into the intake just doesn't sound very good.

Edit: I'm not entirely sure how I managed to post here but somehow I posted in the wrong thread...
