Default Building 302 advice

Currently stuck on a camshaft that will work for me. Building an 84 302 that will be running e7te heads with trickflow valve-train and -2.6cc Keith Black KB performance pistons w/valve reliefs. I've heard that the e7s have piston to valve clearance issues so picking the right cam is essential. Truck will be a daily driver so I dont want a cam that kicks in on the higher rpm range, nice low down power is the name of the game. Thanks in advance!

Whenever it comes to engines internals I always check with a reputable local builder to see what parts work together. The guys i have come across are always willing to give advice. Besides I'm sure you'll need machine work anyway.

Did a little more research since this first posted and I seem to have found a good combination. Someone on summit said they had the Keith black pistons running e7s and a certain cam that made good low-mid range power. I'll keep your advice in mind for future builds
