It's not a truck but it is a ford. I've got a 93 E350. It has a 5.8. I just st recently realized after I put a new radiator cap on that I have a blown head gasket. This at least explains why I thought it lacked power.

If it was was yours would you replace the gasket or would you rebuild the engine?

When I got it in 07' it 85 k on it. It has double that now. I don't know the history on it. I've replaced numerous exhaust manifolds. The first right after I got it.
