Default 95 F150 5.0 302 clicking noise.

i have a 95 f150 5.0 302 with 160k on the clock. I have noticed a clicking noise coming from the passenger side of the engine bay and was wondering if anyone could give me an idea what it might be. I have attached a video, it may be hard to hear but it happens when the throttle is pushed and you can hear it more audibly when you are inside the cab and actually driving. Any help is appreciated.

Noises are very difficult to diagnose like this. To me it sounds like belt, idler/tensioner bearing or alternator bearing. On a cold engine, remove the belt and do this again and see if the noise goes away.

Before disassembling or tampering with anything (which might temporarily hide the sound or its cause), use a mechanic's stethoscope (or ~3' of garden hose) to pinpoint it:

Before you pull the exhaust manifold off, check for a blown gasket on the thermactor tube for the air injection that goes into the back of the cylinder heads.
