Default 95' f-150 351W swap.

This is my first post here and i am looking for any and all information. I have a 1995 F-150 Lightning cab 4X4 5.8 V8 351W with automatic trans w/ electronic overdrive. It has 209K on it, still runs but it is tired. I was thinking about pulling a junkyard block and building it on a stand replacing whats needed. My goal is a like-new motor. My questions are, is there other options for blocks? What things do I need to look for or ask for when I am trying to find a block? What do I need to avoid? I am green when it comes to engine swapping so again, all GOOD info is welcome and appreciated. Can provide more vehicle info if needed.

One thing to pay attention to is it either a roller or non roller block, other than that any 351w block will do, also if it is a carb or efi, there is a different front cover for the carb\mechanical pump and the efi\electric pump. Other than that everything else should bolt up.

Don't cut corners make it right the first time when you drop her in. My buddy was in a rush to finish and ended up messing the whole motor up. But exactly what he said as well
