Engine won't hit a lick
I have a 1995 F150 with a 5.0 engine the engine will not hit a lick I've checked to make sure it was firing on every cylinder I also made sure I was getting fuel up to fuel rail did not check the pressure didn't have a gauge to but I have also run a compression test on every cylinder with an average of about 130 psi per cylinder I've sprayed starting fluid straight into intake holes and still won't hit a lick nothing at all I can't figure out what is wrong with it can anyone pleas help and does this truck have any kinda security system that could keep it from starting some how

Hold the throttle plates wide open. Fire a 3 second burst of starting fluid directly in past the throttle plates. Then turn the key.
If you have spark it should fire for a second or two.
Security system (if equipped) can shut down the spark, the injectors and fuel pumps as well as the starter. But it won't stop it from firing if you have fuel and spark in the cylinder.

I agree
I agree it should fire with fuel and spark but it's not and there is the problem it won't I've tried and tried I am just really stumped on this one it was sitting there running dropped it in gear and it died and hasn't started back since

Fuel, spark and timing.
If those 3 things are there it should fire.
Fuel mixture.Too much starting fluid would mean no air, that's why I was specific about the 3 second burst. It should start with starting fluid of course. Worth getting a fuel pressure gauge to check anyway.
Spark Is it a hot enough spark ? Crisp blue rather than weak orange. A weak spark may be a spark outside the engine but fail to spark under compression.
Timing. The other possibility would be a jumped timing chain (or something worse). Hopefully it's one of the first 2 - but those are the 3 things to confirm.

What I do to check spark is stick a spare plug (or one out of the motor) in the end of the spark plug wire then use a booster cable to ground the threads of the plug.
Then when it's cranked over you can see if it looks like a healthy enough spark to fire an explosion or just a weak little pfft.
