Default 393 stroker build

So I been thinking about my truck and theres one thing I'm really concerned about, power and I want more of it. The 5.0 now gets the job done but not necessarily as quick as I would like it too. I know a guy who I can get a Windsor block off of I plan on a roller block but I'll make it work either way. Here is what I have come up with so far
351 block (will be roller if I can get it)
393 stroker kit
flat top pistons
if its a roller lunati voodoo 272/28, if flat tappet lunati voodoo 268/276
afr 165 heads
weiand stealth 8023 intake manifold
holley 750cfm 4 barrel carb
no smog
no cats
long tube headers
true dual 2 1/4" mandrel bent exhaust
flowmaster 40 series mufflers.
With this setup I may be pushing too much ponies for the stock transfer case, driveshaft, or maybe the rearend. I have 3.55 in the rear and 35" tires, and not to forget the np435 granny gear 4 speed.

I would go with a bigger head if I were you. The smaller heads may have a tad more power than the bigger ones at 2k rpms but after that the bigger heads take off. IMO
