Default 351w cold air intake

I've been looking for a cold air intake for my 96 with a 351 in it and all I can find is k&n. Can anybody post links for some other brands that are a little more cheap or are better than k&n?

I believe they are about the only one. I'm going to try building one if I can find the parts I need.

Keep an eye on Craigslist. I found mine on there brand new in the box for $100. Sounds awesome in the cab with the cold air intake.

The factory air intake is technically a cold air intake. From what I've heard, the K&N cone filter will make for a nice sound, but not much noticeable improvement if you have already tuned up the engine.

This is what I've halfway built so far. I'll modify it more When I can build a bracket to hold the 2 cones. No increase in noticeable sound or power but I did it to get rid of a busted factory box.
