302 to 351 swap

Does depend on the year as far as whether the computer and wiring has to be changed. Speed density can handle the change, MAF can't, unless you have a 302 HO, which should line up ok.
Mostly you're looking at exhaust, lower intake and front accessories.
You want to look for a fully dressed 351 to keep things simple. If you can get the computer, engine bay and engine wiring harnesses with it, that would help ensure you don't hit a snag.
The 351 is taller and therefore wider at the top. The 302 lower intake, air pump piping, Y-pipe, and probably some of the pieces on the front aren't going to swap over.
It's pretty do-able, but you may have to hunt and search a bit for some of the pieces.
