Cool Valve Cover

Hey guys a dumb question. I have 300 6 would a valve cover from a 200 fit? I realize that the 200 is shorter but are they the same length. Haven't found a descent looking 300 one yet. Appreciate the support.

Go into Orielly's website and look up parts for both engines.

The 240/300 Big block 6 and 144/170/200 Small block 6 are two different engine families with very little interchange of parts. The 250 is based on the small block but it is slightly different and larger than its smaller siblings.
That being said I'm not 100% sure that the valve covers are different but would be very surprised if they were not.

The 200 valve cover would fit inside the 300 valve cover. Its very different in size and shape.

I figured that was the case. Just trying to dress up my little six. Only thing that I have found was just a chrome valve cover... not what I want.

Default EFI and clifford valve cover

I see that these postings are pretty old, but has anyone purchased a Clifford valve cover and successfully made it fit to an EFI 4.9L? Clifford states that there are clearance issues because of the intake manifold so they don't make them for the EFI, just had to see if anyone had taken the leap and made it work.

Crossing my fingers for good reports.

Just an FYI, if you want to compare parts just look up both applications in an auto part store web site and see if they are the same part number.
