Air is a good possibility, I believe you can clamp off the line from the aux tank and your pressure should come up-guys-correct me if i'm wrong.

I have a 95 and I have been have the same issue its idles a little off but when I accelerate I can barely hit the peddle if I hit it to much it bogs out I have replaced the fuel filter, injectors, spark plugs, distributor, replaced a few rotted vaccine lines, and I hollowed out the catalytic converter and there has been no change I took it somewhere to have them read the code and when they hooked up their computer the truck died and both the fuel pumps where working so unless the both scrapped out on me at the same time I am really lost. Any help??
