Does anyone recognize this part? The Emissions diagram calls it a VCV and I can't get anything more on the part. It is a vacuum hub / valve of some sort connected on the upper heater hose base on the head beside the thermostat housing.

From what I recall, the OEM part has the part number engraved in the brass of one of the flats.
