Duel fuel tank neither pump will work

Duel fuel tank neither pump will work
Hello. So when I turn my key to the on position I get no sound from the fuel pump even switching tanks. I have checked and switched all the fuses and relays. I have also checked the inertia switch to make sure it hadn't popped. At this point I am guessing it's an electrical issue somewhere in the system. Any help with where to start first or what pins/connectors to rule out would be much appreciated! Thanks
Ok so found a thread with a way to check the inertia switch. I turn the key on and probe both wires with no light. I pop the red button up and the green wire lights up red is still dead. If I remove the fuel relay and jump wire pin 30 to 87 both red and green wires light up. The post went off topic from there so I'm not sure what it means. Hope that helps a little.

NP the forum I am normally in is "Pre-1987/Classic Corner" so we ask out of habit
That said, all fused checked good, no sound of pumps running, won't start because of no fuel.
Here is a link to another post that might help
