Default alternator help, not f150

First If this should be somewhere else pleas move it but it's the best I could figure. Second it's about an escape designed by someone who needs to learn that alternators need to be replaced occasionally.

My wife has a 2003 ford escape 3.0L v6 that we just had to replace the alternator on. To say that was a battle is an understatement. However, managed to get the alternator in and the cv axle replaced. Now however I am getting no power in the cabin of the car. Here is what I've tested so far:
Engine Key On
Main 120a fuse - 12 v
Alternator 15a fuse - 12 v
fuel injectors - 12 v
ABS - nada

Interior 20a engine fuse - big old 0

I've checked all the connections I disconnected and they are all in place. The only connection I'm not sure of is the 3 or 4 wire connection on the back of the alternator. The main battery line is tightened down as far as I can tell from blind touch.

Ideas? Help? Save me from an angry wife?
