2019 Eco boost 6 engine quit after a cam phaser service
I had the cam phaser service done under warranty a few weeks ago. Yesterday, my F150 motor quit running as I left my driveway. That left me blocking the street until I could get some help to push it out of the way. It would turn over but not start. I am quite concerned about this and what it means for the engine.
I had low confidence in the dealer from the service experience last month. But I feel I am stuck with them now.
Does anyone know about what this means as far as potential damage and servicing?

Suggest the dealer should be on the hook if any problems relate to their recent work...but it could be something else.
Also suggest better responses from this forum group if re-posted under the appropriate model year range sub-forum - this one is for the '96 and earlier years where cam phaser sounds more like a science fiction action hero. :-)~ The guys more knowledgeable and experienced with your engine over in the other sub-forum should be able to give better advice and direction on your best path forward.
Good luck!
