Default 130 Amp Alternator

So it looks to me like this alternator from Rock Auto is a direct fit to replace my standard alternator. Am I correct? Do I need to change any wiring, or does the existing just plug right in to the new alt? Any help appreciated!!!

Howdy Clint!

Should bolt up and plug right in - from what I have read about doing the 130A alternator online (though to be honest I have only read about the 5.0), you should upgrade the alternator charging cable to a higher gauge to handle the amperage and run an inline ~150A megafuse for ultimate protection.

Cheers!
