Did you call the manufacturer?
is it under warranty? Can they send you one to test?
Is it a connection issue?
You may have already done all of this. But these are questions and things I'm having to look at as I'm checking out a flickering issue I'm having with my low beam LEDs on my truck. It's enough to make a man crazy. But you can do it. Keep asking those questions. And have a buddy come over and look over your shoulder. My neighbor did. Guy is a genius. And it helped.

I bought them off Ebay, not a "Vland official dealer"
I noticed the red running lights were off so I took it back apart and tightened & elictrical taped all connections, but once I reconnected it that's when the reverse lights stopped working.
Also the dealer I bought it from sent a connection so it would work for my 2016, and theBrown and Black connectors were complete opposite of what they should of been, to get it to work properly I needed to connect the brown to black and black to brown. Weird. lol.
but lesson learned, only buy from the direct manufacturer

Damn I hope you can figure this out. I have been on the fence about buying these (I want the oem led tail lights but they're too expensive and the vland are the best looking aftermarket imo). Keep us posted on if you figure out the issue. I think vland comes with a 1 year warranty ( I could be wrong), but you may have to go through the dealer like with morimoto. Were these purchased used? You may have some recourse with the seller on eBay, although I am not super familiar with ebay's policies on that. The one that is working looks great though, for what its worth.

edit: oh I didn't realize that you said it was a connection issue. SO they are working well again? I want to order some but I am unsure about whether it would be a good choice. You haven't had any other issues, like condensation or anything? I guess it doesn't matter because my stock tail lights are holding condensation.

Happy new year! Did you ever get any resolution on the led issues? I've had my eyes on these but haven't yet pulled the trigger
