my truck is about to go under tomorrow once I get that HID to ballast harness from tux 
. Question for you peace before my truck gets taken apart: is yours the Ecoboost? I wonder if the points of install (like the tab that you mounted the ballast on) are any different between the Ecoboost and the 5.0. Hoping it's the same since I have the 5.0. Thanks!

Larry,
It will be the same. I have the 5.4L and my truck didn't have the white push pin to reuse. But the hole was there so I just zip tied the motocontrol box there. BTW that is not the ballast as those are mounted on the bottom of each headlight. The motocontrol is your relay and diode box.
